Do you travel? Yes. In-home and private gym sessions are available based on location and schedule.
What areas do you cover? Manhattan, Brooklyn, and NYC-area private facilities. (Exact availability depends on your building/location.)
What’s your cancellation policy? 24-hour notice is appreciated. Same-day cancellations may be counted as a session (exceptions for emergencies).
Do you offer packages? Yes. After your strategy call, you’ll receive the best-fit plan and package options based on your schedule and goals.
What happens after the strategy call? If we’re a fit, you’ll receive intake + waiver + onboarding steps and we’ll schedule your first session.
Do you work with injuries? Training is joint-friendly and corrective-focused, but medical issues may require physician clearance.
